“We hear (about IT scams) a lot,” said Ricardo Martinez of PCS Group. “We have a partnership agreement– we don’t just walk in or call and say can we check out your system. By proactively monitoring all their clients’ systems around the clock, PCS Group technicians know about any IT issues as soon as they happen and can immediately get to work fixing them.

“Technicians get daily reports and they’re able to see if there’s a server that went down or a workstation that’s not efficient,” Martinez said. “We’re going to know about it, so there’s no need to have somebody from the outside that you don’t know that pretends to be from Dell or Microsoft.”

Brandan Stein, president and COO of the limousine company Exclusive Sedan Service, said PCS Group was “the right fit” for his company largely because of their unique proactive approach.

When we sat down (with PCS Group) it wasn’t ‘how fast we can fix it,’ it was, ‘Here’s what we’re running in the background– here’s the steps that we’re taking so we will see these things, if they happen, beforehand.’”

The success of Stein’s company depends on the speed and efficiency of technology to ensure the daily operation of its 100-plus limousines, including the booking of reservations and constant communication of crucial information to chauffeurs.
