Calling All Strawberry Lovers

Residents Invited to Attend California Strawberry Festival.

 

ImageThe City of Santa Clarita is inviting strawberry lovers and residents to sign up for the California Strawberry Festival Excursion on Saturday, May 19, 2007. 

Bring your friends and family to take an exciting trip to the famous California Strawberry Festival in Oxnard.  The festival offers plenty of activities for the entire family. 

Come enjoy non-stop entertainment, arts and crafts, gourmet food and wine, and don't forget the delicious strawberry delicacies from strawberry pizza to strawberry short cake. 

Transportation to the festival will be provided by charter bus.  All participants must ride the bus. Please arrive at City Hall at 7:45 a.m. for departure. Busses will return to City Hall around 4:30 p.m.  City Hall is located at 23920 Valencia Blvd.

Tickets are $30 per person for residents, $45 per person for non residents, and $35 per person for seniors age 55 and older that are non residents. 

Registration ends at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 11, 2007.
