Canyon Country Advisory Committee To Feature Gang Unit Update

CCAC_LogoSanta Clarita Sheriff Sgt. Dan Stanley will discuss the five deputy gang unit assigned to the Canyon Country area at this Wednesday’s Canyon Country Advisory Committee meeting.

There will also be a presentation by school counselor Lori Wilson on Bowman High School and how it helps young adults down the “educational road less traveled.”

This year Bowman, a William S. Hart District High School, achieved an Academic Performance Index (API) score of 759. This score reflects a rise of 122 points, which is the most dramatic increase within the William S. Hart Union High School District this year.
