The Canyon Country Advisory Committee will hold its next meeting from 7 -10 p.m. on Wednesday.

At the meeting the Disney Corporation will make a presentation on their new facility which will be built in Pacerita Canyon, east of Highway 14.  This new facility is expected to bring new jobs to the Santa Clarita Valley.

The first in the series “Meet the City Council Candidate” sessions will also be held at the meeting.  Candidates TimBen Boydston and Harrison Katz will be speaking with the audience and answering questions.

As with every New Year, nominations for 2010 CCAC offices will be opened with CCAC Elections being held at the April CCAC meeting.

The meeting will be held in the George A. Caravalho Activity Center, at 20880 Centre Pointe Parkway.
