Herman Charles Nash, 47, experienced a “sudden” cardiac episode which resulted in his death at the facility, said John Cades of the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office.
According to Cades, Nash’s death was caused by a combination of two medical conditions: coronary artery thrombosis — more commonly called a heart attack — and cardiomegaly, the medical term for an enlarged heart.
