Child & Family Center Features Lecture On Autism In The Media

Child & Family Center is hosting the second annual Liza Delmas Memorial Lecture Sept. 19 to discuss autism and its representation in the media.

The lecture, presented by Celine Saulnier, Ph.D., will examine autism and “distinguish between fact, fiction and the evening news.”

Saulnier has conducted hundreds of nationwide workshops on the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. She has also written a book on the topic of autism.

The presentation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.

The event is free for all Santa Clarita Valley community members.
