The success of the Foundation for Children’s Dental Health is attributed to the support from our local dentists, dental professionals and the dental community who have donated hundreds of hours to provided dental treatment and preventative services to the young children in our community
The Foundation for Children’s Dental Health Board President, Brendie Heter, and the Foundation’s Board members will recognize the professional volunteers for their commitment to the dental health of the youth of our community. They will be honored at the first Dentist Appreciation luncheon on Monday, January 24 at Wolf Creek Restaurant.
“Thanks to the commitment of our local dental professionals the Foundation has been able to move toward a preventative dental health mode, so that we can work to make sure that no child in Santa Clarita sits silently in their classroom with tooth pain and self-esteem issues, due to lack of resources.” says Ericka Watson, the Executive Director of the Foundation.
The Foundation for Children’s Health is committed to “Changing Santa Clarita …One Smile at a Time.” For more information on the Foundation please visit www.1smileatatime.org or call Ericka Watson at 661-254-1600.
