Soccer star to promote March 1 benefit game for children's cancer foundation.

Chivas USA fans will have a chance to meet one of the team
stars Sunday when Lawson “The Law” Vaughn, will make a guest appearance to
promote the upcoming Chivas USA/Ventura Fusion Benefit Soccer Game. Vaughn will
be at the Santa Clarita Soccer Center in Canyon Country from 11 a.m. to 12:30
p.m. and Planet Soccer in Newhall from 2 to 4 p.m.
Vaughn and his teammates will face off against the Ventura
Fusion on March 1 in the 3rd annual soccer game benefiting the Michael Hoefflin
Foundation’s work with local families touched by pediatric cancer. The game
will be held at College of the Canyons Cougar Stadium with kickoff at 5 p.m. and will be played rain or shine.
