Patrons who bring two cans of food each to Circus Vargas will receive a $5 discount  to shows at the Westfield Valencia Town Center, September 30 through October 11.

“We are always pleased to be able to give back to the community,” said Joan Hart, Marketing Director for Circus Vargas. “If we can help raise awareness for a worthy cause, through our performance, through our art…well then, we are doubly fortunate”

“We’re so grateful that Circus Vargas has decided to help fill our shelves by offering discounted tickets,” said Belinda Crawford of the SCV Food Pantry. “Food drives like these are a very important source of food for us, especially now during National Hunger Action Month.”

The Santa Clarita Valley Food Pantry has relied on donations from the community during the last year to provide food for more than 1,110 local senior citizens, and 6,500 Santa Clarita Valley residents, 3,000 of them children.

“This is a great experience all the way around.” exclaims Katya Quiroga, President and owner of Circus Vargas. “It’s gratifying and rewarding for the performers, and it’s exciting and entertaining for the audience. We think everyone should be able to experience the magic of Circus Vargas, and we are very proud to be able to make that happen.”
