Santa Clarita officials are asking residents to help plan the next Canyon Country Community Center.
Santa Clarita city officials are inviting residents to provide input to help determine programming needs, activities wanted and help prioritizing amenities for the future Canyon Country Community Center, said Christina McGoldrick of the Communications Division of the city of Santa Clarita.

If this new center will truly be in Canyon Country area – great. Seems like I heard about one around Newhall Ranch Road. The Stevenson Ranch, Valencia and Newhall areas are just too far to drive for the Community Center – we desperately need something on the Canyon Country side of town.
In planning please include actual fitness/exercise classes since all of the Curves, Inc. have closed up shop.
