USETHISCITYSEALThe City of Santa Clarita announced today that it has cancelled the Fine Craft Show scheduled at Old Orchard Park this Saturday and Sunday, November 12 and 13.

City officials cancelled the event in anticipation of a storm, which is predicted to arrive in Santa Clarita on Friday, November 11 and bring rain through Saturday.

“The Fine Craft Show has become somewhat of a holiday tradition in Santa Clarita,” said Mayor Marsha McLean.  “We feel badly about cancelling this year’s event, but feel we made the best decision for vendors and shoppers alike, given the circumstances.”

The next Fine Craft Show is scheduled for early June 2012 and will take place at the Santa Clarita Activities Center and Sports Complex Gymnasium.

Vendors who secured and paid for a booth space at the Fall show will be provided a full refund.
