Council will also vote on the authorization of an application to replace the city’s existing enterprise zone, an area within city limits that gives tax breaks to businesses.

In addition to the anticipated public hearing for the library takeover, residents will also have a chance to voice their opinions on the West Creek/Tesoro Del Valle annexation plan.

Council members will also address the vacancies on various government bodies, including the Planning Commission and the Newhall Redevelopment Committee.

The Tuesday session will begin at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
