City Creates E-Service For Residents

All comments, suggestions, and questions can now be submitted to City Hall through e-service.


Whatever your problem, you can now submit all your requests and inquires to City Hall, through a new and improved "eService" online request system.

Anyone can visit the City's website at to submit various requests, inquires or questions to the City, and the new system will automatically forward the requests to the appropriate staff person. Also, the new system allows residents to create a user account that will enable them to check the status of a request or review any past inquires previously made to the City.  

The city has created this service in hopes of enhancing the community’s access to their local government officials, and now, by going online, residents can submit requests and comments from anywhere at anytime.

“eService is part of our growing suite of on-line services intended to create transparency in government and improve our residents’ ability to seamlessly communicate with their local government,” explained Ken Pulskamp, City Manager.  “In today’s world, there is an expectation for 24/7 support and real-time. Why should local government be any different?” added Pulskamp.      

The City also offers an eNotify system, which allows residents to sign up for email notification for a variety of topics, and a Community Calendar, which provides information on City and community events. For more information, or to submit a request, click here.
