City of Santa Clarita Pride Week 2005!!!

TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR CITY!
Help keep the Santa Clarita Valley clean and beautiful! The City of Santa Clarita, along with various sponsors listed below, present Pride Week 2005. This weeklong series of events begins on Saturday, April 16, 2005 and continues throughout Saturday, April 23, 2005.

The week begins with a community clean-up, where residents can bring trash to four different sites (see below) and dump it for free. Throughout the week, citizens can volunteer to help clean up and beautify the community.

Participation is easy! Residents simply select a project with the Pride Week volunteer coordinator and the city supplies T-shirts and trash bags to them. The week ends with a free household hazardous waste and e-waste collection event sponsored by L.A. County at College of the Canyons.
