The project is anticipated to improve overall traffic circulation and safety at the intersection by allowing for dual left-turn from Southbound Bouquet Canyon Road onto eastbound Newhall Ranch Road. The traffic circulation improvements will help accommodate the increased daily traffic flow to the newly constructed Golden Valley Road Bridge over Santa Clara River.
