Annually, the City of Santa Clarita awards grants to local non-profit organizations that facilitate the growth of resourceful and innovative programs that caters to local residents.

Past programs that have been granted support include equipment upgrades, after school enrichment programs, facility renovation projects, community art projects and performances at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons.

“Monday’s meeting will provide the information needed for anyone operating a non-profit organization who is interested in receiving a grant,” said City of Santa Clarita Communications Specialist Jessica Jackson.

“The meeting will cover timelines, general criteria and much more. It’s a great opportunity for anyone involved in operating a local non-profit organization to see what’s available to them,” said Jackson.
