“This second showcase series features three different nights of scenes, monologues and songs. These students have been so inspired, they have brought over 50 different pieces to the table in three weeks of work,“ Slominski stated.
Workshops were led by such internationally-known experts as Jean-Louis Rodrigue (Alexander Technique), Will Kilroy (The Michael Chekov technique); voice therapist Joanna Cazden (vocal training); and Rene Urbanovich, Broadway performer Julia Gregory, and opera singer Carmen Tejada (musical performance). Acting workshops were taught by actor and Broadway director Tony Abatemarco, Kate Steele, Susan Hinshaw, Mark Salyer and Andrea Slominski, among others. Annie Schwartz of Origin Talent gave a workshop on The Role of The Agent, and Emmy Award-winning actress Kathleen Noone conducted a workshop on personal development in the entertainment
