Have you ever wished you could easily sketch a cartoon, be more organized, or know some more about America’s dynamic First Ladies? This summer the College of the Canyons Community Extension will be offering instruction in these topics and much more.
"The summer is a wonderful time to try something you’ve always wanted to try. With this in mind, Canyons Extension is offering an amazing array of classes, seminars and workshops for adults throughout the community like how to play the ukulele or harmonica, how to train your puppy or how to speak Chinese or Hebrew. There’s something for everyone this summer through Canyons Extension!" says Karen Gorback, associate dean for community and continuing education.
Professional cartoonist Chris Martinez will teach Cartooning on Saturday, June 24. With over 40 years of experience, Martinez is a portrait artist and professional cartoonist
who works entirely by hand.
