College Of The Canyons Hosts Healthy Lifestyle Resource Fair

The City of Santa Clarita is holding a Spring Healthy Lifestyle Resource Fair at College Of The Canyons on Wednesday March 13 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

The fair will be held in Honor Grove where there will be more than 20 campus groups & local businesses that can help you start and maintain Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors.  Also this attraction will promote Body Mind Wellness.

This event is open to the public and everyone is invited to have the opportunity to visit multiple tables featuring local businesses and campus groups that promote how to eat healthy, physical activity, stress management, health care, and social/community connections.

A Free lunch and entry into the drawing for Wellness Prizes provided to everyone who visits at least 10 tables. Free food & music provided by ZPizza “The Healthy Pizza choice” & AMP Radio 97.1

Additionally, the first of our Body Mind Wellness Seminar series begins the same day. Flex Credit for faculty; sign in sheets available for student attendees.
