Community Fun At The Santa Clarita Home and Garden Show

homeandgarden_tile-newOpportunities abound at the Santa Clarita Home and Garden Show for everyone, from honey-do lists to re-modeling projects.  June 26 and 27, attendees can learn from expert seminar speakers and vendors about how they can improve their living spaces without dipping deeply into their pockets.

More than 70 local businesses, groups, and clubs will be participating in this community event.  Attendees can add to this convergence of ideas and opportunity by bringing non-perishable items to be donated to the SCV Food Pantry.

Bring kids to visit the Kid’s Zone, be amazed by a trick miniature horse, meet therapy dogs, watch local performance groups, enjoy food vendors, and more.

Summer Baltzter, from HGTV’s “Design on a Dime” and TLC’s “Unhinged,” will be hosting seminars entitled “Bringing the Indoors Out- Easy Outdoor Design” and “Tips, Tricks, and Trends For the Complete Home.”  For more information about Baltzer and her seminars, click here.

The Santa Clarita Home and Garden Show is an indoor and outdoor event.  Parking is free and admission is $5.  Free admission is offered to children under 12, First Responders, and members of the military with ID.  $2 admission coupons are available here and attendees donating to the SCV Food Pantry get $1 off admission.

The event will be held at The Gateway Promenade at 28738 The Old Road, two miles north of Magic Mountain Parkway, near the California Highway Patrol station.
