After a mother and two of her children were killed in a fatal crash on the 14 freeway, leaving two more children in critical condition, community support poured in to pay for funeral costs through a GoFundMe page created by a family friend.

Karen Adams, 37, Keion Jones, 8, and an unnamed infant were identified as the deceased victims of the Thursday morning crash.
Two other children, a 14-year-old and an 8-year-old are still fighting for their lives in critical condition.
The infant died after being thrown from the vehicle during the initial crash. She was declared dead on scene. After the remaining children were airlifted to the hospital, Jones succumbed to his injuries that afternoon.
Shortly before 1 a.m. Friday, Karen Adams, who was driving the vehicle at the time, was declared dead at the hospital.

“Our friend Johnny Jones needs our help,” the page states. “This is so tragic. please help us raise money for funeral cost(s).”
Drugs and/or alcohol are being investigated by CHP officers as possible factors in the crash. However, officials are still investigating the incident, and have offered no word on a potential cause.

How about telling the whole story KHTS. The driver, Karen Adams, was high on meth (DUI) and killed herself and two of her children. The other two children, if they survive, will have to live without their siblings.
The only positive part of this whole situation is that Karen did not kill anyone else on the freeway.
