After the Dodgers lost the Series in Game 5, Magic Mountain is now set to rename The New Revolution, “The Red Sox Revolution” for Holiday in the Park opening weekend, and park president, Neal Thurman, will wear a Red Sox jersey during opening night.

The park will also fly a Red Sox flag at the main gate plaza.

If the Red Sox lost the title, Six Flags New England would have changed its classic wooden roller coaster, Thunderbolt, to Dodgers Thunderbolt for the opening weekend of Holiday in the Park.

In addition, the park president, Pete Carmichael, would have worn a Dodgers jersey during opening night of Holiday in the Park and the park would have raised the Dodgers flag on top of their Scream tower.

Revolution is one of nine coasters that have been outfitted by Six Flags to utilize Gear VR headsets so that riders can experience a unique experience.

Many riders feel as though they are not on a roller coaster, as the headsets allow them to look around and see an alien invasion of a city, with them playing the role of a pilot attempting to shoot down the alien mothership.

Holiday in the Park kicks off on Nov. 18 and is expected to last until the end of the year on Dec. 31.
