On Saturday, May 12, SCV Water is scheduled to host the Open House from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The free event is open to all Santa Clarita residents, and is set to provide information and tips on water-saving tools and practices.

Vendors at the open house are set to showcase products and services focused on water efficiency, landscape ideas and services, and environmental sustainability.

Special programs will include a composting workshop, Ranger Frank and his Wild Friends, and a children’s water conservation show called “H2O, Where Did You Go?”.

The event is also scheduled to offer free popcorn, frozen lemonade and free face painting. Guests will be able to enjoy the conservation garden and it’s beautiful view of the Santa Clarita Valley. A free trolley is set to run between the park and the garden throughout the event.

The SCV Water Open House will be held at Central Park, located at 27150 Bouquet Canyon Road, and at the SCV Water conservation garden and patio located above the park.
