The Lettermen sound has not changed since their first single in 1961 “The Way You Look Tonight.” Their popularity throughout the generations has been highlighted through 18 Gold albums worldwide and multiple top singles over their 59 years as a band.

A Very Merry Christmas with the Lettermen will feature a combination of the Lettermen’s hit singles plus a slew of Christmas classics. Savannah Burrows and the West Ranch Choir, under the direction of Molly Peters, will also be featuring holiday classics.

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday that The Lettermen would be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame during a 2019 ceremony.

Alongside the headlining group, local music star Savannah Burrows will perform, in addition to the West Ranch Choir during the one-night show.

In 2016, Burrows won the regional leg of the annual Country Showdown, a national music contest where over 400 radio stations compete to put forth the next big country music act. Burrows, the KHTS contestant for that year, reached the semi-final regional competition in New Mexico.

Additionally the rising star has performed at historic venues such as the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, and has opened for top-of-the-charts country bands like the Swon Brothers and this Saturday with country legends Diamond Rio at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center.

She balances her music career with an academic one as a senior at West Ranch High School.

“This will be our second KHTS production at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center,” KHTS Co-Owner Carl Goldman said. “We worked with the Lettermen in the past and their Christmas show is incredible. Adding in Savannah Burrows and the West Ranch choir is icing on a legendary performance.”

Music fans should clear their schedule Dec. 9 at 7 p.m. for the show, which will take place at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons. Tickets are now available by clicking here.
