It appears that wedding bells will soon be tolling for Council member Bob Kellar, who proposed to longtime girlfriend Kathy Keysor-Smith during the weekend.

Kellar, who has served two terms as the Santa Clarita Mayor, told KHTS that they are planning a small, private wedding on June 13^th.

“We are pleased and excited about the forth coming wedding,” said Dick Keysor, Kathy’s brother. “Bob Kellar is one of our favorite people and we look forward to having him in the family”
