Traffic diverted in both directions

[view:node_ad=5]A fatal car accident forced the closure of Sierra Highway near Santa Clarita Sunday evening.

Traffic in both directions was diverted away due to electrical lines in the street.

Anyone attempting to take Sierra Highway Sunday evening should use Highway 14 instead.  

Sierra Highway was also the site of a separate fatal crash involving two motorcycles at 9:00am, north of Santa Clarita.
