Two men who had known each other for several years got into a fight, Losacco said.
Davis allegedly stabbed the victim, who is a 39-year-old male, in the upper torso, Losacco said. The victim denied medical treatment and transportation to the hospital because the injuries were not severe.
Davis was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and booked into the Burbank City Jail on a $35,000 bond, Losacco said. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office filed one count of 245(a)(1) PC, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, against Davis.
Davis is expected to appear in court on September 3 for a preliminary hearing setting.
