A man who allegedly threatened somebody with a gun and a knife in Canyon Country was arrested Wednesday morning on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.

Shortly before 2 a.m. Wednesday, 57-year-old Michael Lombardi allegedly got into an argument with another person at a restaurant in the 18200 block of Soledad Canyon Rd.
The suspect allegedly pulled out a handgun and then a knife to the victim in a threatening manner, said Shirley Miller, a spokeswoman for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.

Bail was not set for Lombardi, who is expected to be in court Feb. 1 for an arraignment hearing.
