On July 6, 2015, at approximately 7:00 PM, the individual in the photos entered a business in the 25400 block of The Old Road in the Santa Clarita Valley.
He selected several boxes containing “Sony” sound bars and placed them in his cart. He walked into the garden area of the store, passed the open registers, and out the garden exit without paying for the merchandise in his cart.
When he was contacted by loss prevention personnel in the parking lot, he refused to return to the office.
The suspect, who was described as being in his fifties, entered the passenger side of a newer black hatchback type vehicle (possibly a Subaru) with a spoiler on the back and yellow and white paper plates.
The vehicle was driven away by another male. The same subject has been seen committing similar thefts in the past from the same business.
