The Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual needed for questioning.

A man entered a local business in the 16500 block of Soledad Canyon Road on Aug. 1 at approximately 1:30 p.m.

He selected approximately $500 worth of merchandise and placed the items in a shopping cart.

The subject then quickly walked toward the front of the store, passed the open registers and out the front door without paying for the items.

The subject is described as a male Hispanic, approximately 5 foot 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds with dark hair and a mustache.

  1. I hope someone knows this P.O.S. and turns him in. It sucks that this happens in our valley and that low life people have to steal from business’s that we should be supporting. I’ve gone from 6 figures a year income to a little over 20k a yr. and although my income sucks now (on permanent disability) I’ve learned to live within my means and would never stoop to this level. If you can’t buy the items either save for them or don’t get them. Please turn this looser in so the business can hopefully at least get there items back.
