Sheriff’s Deputies Arrest Man For Alleged Stabbing In Canyon Country

Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to a report of an assault with a knife near a post office in Canyon Country, officials said Wednesday.

Officials responded to the 18300 block of Soledad Canyon Road where deputies found a male victim who had been stabbed in the leg with a knife, said Lt. Tom Bryski with the SCV Sheriff’s Station. The report came in around 11 a.m.

One male was arrested on suspicion of stabbing the victim, Bryski said. The victim was treated for his injuries at the scene.
