Deputies received a call for three individuals who were allegedly tagging a wall near Jakes Way and Sandy Drive around 11 a.m., according to officials.
While there was never a foot pursuit, deputies were told by maintenance workers where the wanted individuals were, according to officials.
Once deputies spotted the individuals, they reportedly fled, prompting a containment to be established near the location.
“We detained two individuals,” said Lt. Doug Mohrhoff with the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
As of 1 p.m., deputies were still questioning the two detained individuals and searching for the third person.
