Current Road Closures

Here are the current road closures and newest road openings as of 4pm Friday:

Vasquez Canyon Rd., entire stretch from Bouquet to Sierra closed due to the bridge being washed out. (No estimation from CHP on when it will reopen)

 

North Sierra Highway from Vasquez closed to Red Rover Mine Road, the road is  washed out south of the Halfway House Café and also south of  Le Chene (CHP estimates this to reopen by Monday)

 

Davenport road is open at Agua Dulce Canyon Road but you cannot access Sierra Highway from it

 

Placerita Canyon is now open.

 

Agua Dulce Canyon Road is open.

 

South 5 Freeway at Templin down to on lane due to water damage, according to CHP this will be closed 3-6 months.

 

Old Road South of Calgrove is Open.

 

San Francisquito Canyon closed at Low Ridge, the road is washed out (Not expected to open for 6 months)

 

Calgrove -Hidden Valley gate is now closed.

 

Wiley Canyon is now open

 

 

Bouquet Canyon closed at David’s Way, due to the road being washed out in many places (CHP estimates this to be closed for 6 months)

 

Hasley Canyon is open at Del Valle Road.

 

 Highway 126 closed at Wilcott Way and then from LA County Line to Fillmore CHP is allowing access to residents of Piru with proper ID. ( Not expected to open again until Jan. 25th)

 

Lake Hughes road at Castaic Lake is closed.(Not expected to open for one month)

 

Chiquita Canyon Road is Now Open.

 

Pine Canyon Road at Ridge Road by the 138 will be closed for up to 3 months.
