The incident was reported as a single vehicle rollover and no one was transported to the hospital, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department officials.
Susan Moss, co-owner of Paul Davis Emergency Services of Valencia was on the scene when the accident occurred.
Moss said that she was in the westbound left turn lane on Valencia Boulevard when she was rear-ended.
The car that hit her had swerved to avoid another car, lost control and flipped over, according to Moss, so she got out of her own car to help.
“(The motorist) kicked the door open herself, and I pulled her out. The car was in flames,” Moss said.
The motorist appeared to be shaken, but claimed she was not injured, according to Moss.
The westbound side of Valencia Blvd. was blocked briefly at the intersection as deputies and an ambulance responded.
