Coyote runs in front of vehicle

[view:node_ad=5]At around 1:15 this morning, a deputy crashed her patrol car into two parked cars while trying to avoid a coyote.

 

It was on Tournament Road where the deputy was responding with sirens to a domestic violence call. The coyote ran in front of her vehicle, and she swerved to avoid hitting it, thus losing control of her car and slamming into two parked, un-manned pick up trucks.

 

She was transported to Henry Mayo Hospital and treated for minor injuries. She had since been released.
