Detectives from the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station are investigating an incident of commercial burglary that occurred between Saturday, Jan. 7 at 5 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 8 at 11 a.m., according to a news release from the station today.
The suspect(s) cut through fencing and an exterior door and entered the closed Soccer One business, located in an industrial business park in the 27800 block of Smyth Drive in Valencia. The suspect(s) stole a substantial quantity of soccer cleats with an estimated value of more than $10,000, according to the release.
The investigation is in its early stages, but deputies believe a van was used during the commission of the crime.

Business owners and residents in the area of all Santa Clarita industrial and business parks are asked to report any suspicious activity or vehicles. Special attention should be given to these areas after business hours, and early mornings and weekends.
