Detectives Release Photo Of Alleged Burglary Suspect

burglarysuspect10_1Detectives operating out of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station are hoping the public can help identify a suspect for questioning related to a home burglary in Saugus.

The incident happened in the afternoon on Thursday, February 25, 2010, in the 27000 block of Catala Avenue, Saugus.    

The male suspect, pictured to the right, is believed to have entered the home by smashing the rear sliding glass door. The suspect ransacked the house and stole jewelry.

 

The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 25-30 years of age, 5’07” – 5’09” tall, weighing 180-200 pounds. The suspect was wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, and dark beanie with a white stripe during the incident. He also appeared to have a mustache and other facial hair at the time of the burglary.
