Dodgers Lose to Mariners 8-5

Chad Billingsley made his debut as a starting pitcher in the majors, but would see his playing time limited to only five innings as the Dodgers lost to the Mariners 9-5 in interleague play. Dodger Manager Grady Little had to make pitching changes on two occasions, and the fate of L..A. was sealed by Seattle pinch-hitter Carl Everett hitting a home run in the bottom of the seventh inning. The Dodgers have dropped five straight games and will seek revenge against the Mariners on Thursday at 6:30. Catch all the action on your hometown station, KHTS-AM 1220.
