Duncan Toys is celebrating its 80th anniversary with a world tour and the launch of its crew van from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio, including a stop at Puzzle Zoo in the Valencia Town Center at 5 p.m. Saturday.
This tour launched on August 22 in a Crew Van decorated with original graffiti artwork applied by world-renowned Brazilian artist, Rodrigo Yokota.
At 80, Duncan is one of the country’s oldest independent toy brands. Duncan produces and markets a wide line of skill toys including yo-yo’s, spin tops, diabolos, juggling props, gyroscopes, and foot bags. Along with the classic favorites, the Imperial® and Butterfly, Duncan includes a vast range of plastic yo-yo’s from basic fixed-axel models to high-performance ball-bearing models with different response systems.
During the 80th anniversary, tour members of the Duncan crew demonstration team will be riding the van and performing demonstrations in more than 51 cities and 20 states.
The Duncan Crew will be at Puzzle Zoo in the Westfield Valencia Town Center on Saturday from 5-7 p.m. For more information contact Puzzle Zoo at 661-222-2260.
