“Students will have the opportunity to build, learn and engage with LEGOs for the Bricks 4 Kidz program, while participating in science, technology, engineering and math workshops for one-hour hands-on sessions,” school officials said.

Bricks 4 Kidz is an in-school workshop program that utilizes LEGOs to deliver hands-on lessons related to cross-disciplinary curriculum objectives, according to officials.

The program features Bricks 4 Kidz models as the centerpiece of the lesson, which includes a discussion designed to engage students in a discovery process.

“Each lesson and build is chosen to fit the students’ age and skill level, while being able to use their skills for creativity, problem-solving, fine motor skills, teamwork, sequencing and more,” according to a statement.
