The fall 2015 semester features the college’s largest-ever selection of courses offered, with more than 1,700 class sections available in a wide range of academic subjects and disciplines.
The majority of courses are those that most students need to graduate, transfer to a four-year institution, or meet prerequisites.
The schedule also features a number of elective and exploratory courses.
In addition, the college is offering courses on three local high school campuses: Cultural Anthropology at Canyon High School, Mass Media & Society at Saugus High School and Introduction to Sociology at West Ranch High School.
Enrollment fees are waived for concurrently enrolled high school students.
All other students pay $46 per unit, as determined by the state of California.
A number of late-start and short-term courses designed for working adults will be also offered, with those courses beginning throughout September and October.
Students can find available classes by searching the college’s online class schedule at this website..
