Junior high students who want to explore careers in photography, architecture, video game design or robotics have the opportunity to spend a week at the COC Summer Institute, a hands-on educational summer camp.

The Summer Institute is open to students entering 7th, 8th or 9th grade in the fall, and each class is led by an industry professional, student teacher or COC professor.

Classes are divided into one-week segments: July 14 through July 18 and July 21 through July 25. Drop off each day begins at 8:30 a.m. and the sessions end at 3:30 p.m.

“The COC Summer Institute is much more than your typical summer camp,” said Summer Institute Coordinator Nadia Cotti, in a press release. “It’s an opportunity for your child to discover a potential career path, and have some fun at the same time.
