With over 400 vendors, the 2018 KHTS Home and Garden Show is set to be bigger and better than previous years. Most all the vendors are Santa Clarita business owners who have lived in the community for many years and are committed to providing the best advice possible.
“Our 9th annual KHTS Home & Garden Show and Emergency Expo is the perfect setting to discover the latest home improvement and decorating trends from top Santa Clarita professionals,” said Carl Goldman, KHTS Radio co-owner.
The vendors include nurseries featuring plants available for purchase at discounted rates, cooking demonstrations, arts and crafts and even an animal rescue organization with animals ready for you to take them home.
For those interested in becoming a vendor there is still time to register, by visiting the website and filling out the registration form.
The Emergency Expo will take place only on the first day of the KHTS Home and Garden Show and will feature many exciting and educational activities.
Attendees will be able to climb on-board a fire truck, hit the siren on a sheriff patrol car, watch a demonstration of the “Jaws of Life” by the Los Angeles County Fire department, along with many more presentations by Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital and other emergency and safety businesses and organizations.
Kids will be able to experience an earthquake simulation inside a mobile classroom in the Shakey Quakey House.
The Emergency Expo is set to take place all day on Saturday, April 28 only, however some vendors will be present on both days.
KHTS will also bring back the Arts and Crafts Fair, the Home and Garden Marketplace and the Earth Day Arbor day Festival taking place simultaneously with the Home and Garden Show.
The KHTS Home and Garden Show will take place on Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Central Park located at 27150 Bouquet Canyon Road.
