Are you an artist, songwriter, poet or other creative type? Come share your creative vision and talent with other like-minded individuals on Wednesday evening, August 17.

Artists of all types are invited to share their work and creative vision at a “Round Table” event on Wednesday, August 17, at Barnes and Noble, 23630 Valencia Blvd., in Valencia. The event, which starts at 7:30 PM, is open to anyone involved in the arts, including musicians, fine artists, writers, actors, poets, songwriters, arts educators, students, visionaries and community builders. It is sponsored by Artists Helping Artists (Aha!).

If you want to attend, be sure to bring business cards, flyers and a portfolio. Visual artists may bring up to three original works to share with the group. Songwriters, storytellers, comics and spoken word artists may perform, but should make that request in advance. The meeting is free to all first-time attendees. A suggested donation for Aha! members is $2 and returning nonmembers, $4. For further information or to RSVP, contact local Aha!
