The Santa Clarita City Council and Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich will be holding a breakfast meeting Wednesday, August 31, 2005 at the Santa Clarita Activities Center and the public is invited to attend.  The breakfast, which begins at 8:00 am, is an opportunity for members of the community to ask questions pertaining to significant County issues in the Santa Clarita Valley.

In addition to the City Council and County Supervisor, City department heads will also be present to give presentations and to answer questions from the public.  

“We look forward to this meeting as a chance for the community to come and ask questions about issues that need to be addressed on the County level,” said Mayor Cameron Smyth.  “This is one of the ways we work with the County to help keep the community informed as to what their local government agencies are doing on their behalf.”
