Life Coach Alex Urbina is holding a “Re-inventing Your Relationships” Couple’s Workshop.

Life Coach Alex Urbina is holding a “Re-inventing Your Relationships” workshop on Saturday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at SCVi Charter School in Castaic.

The workshop is geared toward “couples that are committed to take their relationship to the next level, discovering and realizing their full potential,” according to a press release.

“I’m in a relationship to give rather than receive,” Urbina said, “and to give, I have to be whole and complete in and of myself.”

During the workshop, Urbina will focus on several aspects that he believes strengthen a relationship.

• Better understanding of what healthy relationships look like
• Getting on the same page as your significant other
• Discovering things that you didn’t know about each other
• Renewing and reconnecting with each other

“Having a good relationship as a couple is realizing that we’re different and accepting it fully,” Urbina said.

Alex Urbina began as a Transformational Life Coach in 1995, and then moved on to facilitating self-improvement trainings for youth across Southern California.

Alex is an innovator of Teen trainings. He seeks to be the interruption to behaviors that are not characteristic of a child’s maximum potential. The youth whom attend his trainings are taught how to reinvent themselves and their futures. Alex has traveled as far as Asia to facilitate trainings.
