Life Coach Alex Urbina is holding a “Re-inventing Your Relationships” workshop on Saturday, April 5 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at SCVi Charter School in Castaic.
The workshop is geared toward “couples that are committed to take their relationship to the next level, discovering and realizing their full potential,” according to a press release.
“I’m in a relationship to give rather than receive,” Urbina said, “and to give, I have to be whole and complete in and of myself.”
During the workshop, Urbina will focus on several aspects that he believes strengthen a relationship.
- Better understanding of what healthy relationships look like
- Getting on the same page as your significant other
- Discovering things that you didn’t know about each other
- Renewing and reconnecting with each other
“Having a good relationship as a couple is realizing that we’re different and accepting it fully,” Urbina said.
Cost is $40 per couple, and seats are limited. For more information or to register ahead of time, call 661-505-5021 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
