Pine Mountain Wine Festival On Saturday

Visit the 4th Annual Pine Mountain Wine Festival, Saturday June 10, 2006. Spend a spectacular day surrounded by 100-foot pine trees in the mountains of Southern California’s most exclusive wine tasting setting from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Just thirty minutes north of Santa Clarita, near Frazier Park.

Vintners attending this year’s festival will offer an array of premium wines for tasting ranging from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot to Syrah and Roussanne, from Viognier to Chardonnay and Zinfandel. This year’s selections offer a wide appeal from the most discernible wine connoisseur to even the newest among wine enthusiasts. Wineries from Paso Robles, Los Olivos, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Santa Maria will be offering samples from their cellars, and gourmet food will be available for purchase from some of the finest dining establishments in the region. We will also be featuring Kern County’s own Fat Daddy Blues Band.

Don’t miss the chance to experience wine tasting among the pines to kick off summer in the mountains. Pine Mountain Wine Festival is this year’s most anticipated event and one that both locals and visitors alike look forward to all year long.

Tickets $30 presell or $50 at the door.

Information on the event and tickets available on our website at www.pinemountainwinefestival.com or call (661) 242-3788. The Pine Mountain Wine Festival is a non-profit event sponsoring the Frankie Smith Viticultural/Culinary College Scholarship Fund.
