Polling Place for Sand Canyon Voters is Now Open

To update an earlier story reported on KHTS AM-1220, Carl Goldman of KHTS, reported that the designated polling place for Sand Canyon residents, Fire Station 123, is now open and prepared for voters

Sand Canyon residents were being turned away without voting.  The problem arose early this morning when the official in charge of the polling place broke his leg and was not able to contact the Registrar of Voters in time to have the polling place open at the 7:00am start time.

Carl Goldman reported live on KHTS, at 9:43am, that Fire Station 123 was open and ready for voters.
