At Sunday’s first ever Home Based Business Symposium, attendees can learn a variety of ways to legitimately make money from home by meeting up to 26 local entrepreneurs– without the sales pitch or any pressure.

“Direct sales is really referred to nowadays as the new economy, and not a lot of people are really familiar with what that means,” said Wendy Hassenpflug, who represents Isagenix in Santa Clarita. “Hearing it firsthand by people that are a part of your own community helps people better understand and build a stronger knowledge of what direct sales companies are all about.”

KHTS AM-1220 has been producing free Santa Clarita home and garden shows for six years, and expos are owned and produced by KHTS.

This year’s KHTS Home and Garden Show is set for Saturday, April 25 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. More information can be found at www.scvhomeandgardenshow.com and  www.hometownstation.com, or by calling the radio station at 661-298-1220.
