What: Representing the Western United States among the long list of worldwide locations, this run takes place in the heart of Santa Clarita, allowing runners to enjoy an exciting start under the lights and a finish as the sun rises in California. It’s a fun 5k race, a 10k race, it’s a marathon race, it’s whatever distance race you want it to be. At exactly 11 a.m. UTC (4 a.m. local time), the Wings for Life World Run will simultaneously start around the world. Then, 30 minutes later, the Catcher Cars will set off, chasing runners until the last female and male running are caught. 100% of all the registration fees go straight to Wings for Life-funded spinal cord injury research projects.
